Default V for Vendetta second trailer

The trailer is very well done, but the movie IMHO looks too similar to Matrix.

Looks nothing like the Matrix to me. What it does look like is a fun ride.

some scenes are 100% copies , but then what could we want from a first assistant director of the Matrix trilogy, while the Wachowskis brothers are the producers .

Yeah I knew they were behind it, but really, what scenes do you think mimic The Matrix? I want to take a look and see if I see the similarities. Hell, maybe I just wasn't paying it any mind since this movie has been pushed back so many damn times.

I dunno maybe it's just me, but for example 1:37 - 1:42 looks very matrix like .

I suppose that scene does have some similarities to Revolutions.

Being huge fans of the original comic series, the Wachowski brothers wrote a draft of the script in the '90s before they worked on the Matrix, which shares several similar themes with "V for Vendetta".
