I know it's big, but it IS quite good (the last 3 minutes are worth it), so here we go:

it may have religious overtones but its an entertaining story and looks spectacular from what i've seen, thanks for the links

I read the book as a kid like 8 or somthing, but the movie doesn't look that bad or to kiddy,
I might see it

I agree. I read the books as a child and was hoping the movie would live up to my expectations.

I found the movie to be incredible, it just maybe the best movie I've seen this year! If your contemplating watching it then definately give it a watch- you wont be sorry!
