Default xbox,pc broadband sharing problem

i finally got my xbox live hooked up, and running last night just to run into a strange problem.

when running xbox live, my computer freezes up... perhpas some goofy as hell microsoft protocol? it really doesnt make much sence since the ip sharing goes on with a dhcp server upstairs...

i was just wondering if anybody else has the same problem, or knows a fix. its quite annoying

other then that, running independanly runs great...

very weird I notice some lowered speed on mine when playing but nothing drastic.
You should try X-box's support pages it was very useful when I got into some connection issues seting up mine.

ok, found the problem
it turns out to be coincidence that when i was firing up xbox live, the pc would freeze.

the cause, in this case was heat... one of my fans was dying, so heat was biulding up within the case... and cause the freeze. no biggie, and an easy problem to fix
