when the po-po comes; you gotta do what you'd do in real life and hide! j/k Try hiding the car "inside" a big rig's trailer between the wheels...and when the po-po says "where did he go, i think we lost him".... then you're free to burn rubber. Of course; you'd have to catch up to the opponent..but as long as you don't take any major crashes; you should still win.
