Default Audi B7 RS4 first win in Italian Superstars

Superstars: Tamara Vidali claimed the first win for the new Audi RS 4 in the Italian Superstars Touring Car Series.

On the ninth of 13 laps the former Audi factory driver passed the leading Jaguar of Massimo Pigoli under braking and defended her lead convincingly all the way to the chequered flag. Vidali’s team mate Giorgio Sanna started from pole position, but retired from the race due to a broken driveshaft.

^^^^^^ I hope you are not serious Dani when you ask me some M5 pictures.

If you really want to see an M5, take a look on the first pix of my post, the E39 M5 is just behind the B7 RS4.

Personally I was unaware of who was Tamara Vidali before she drives an Audi RS4. Thanks "Catalan racing" mate for the infos.

My knowledge about this racing car series are limited, but I read somewhere those cars are almost stock with an engines between 3.0L to 6.0L from 400hp to 450 HP. The major modifications are on the level of the racing supensions and racing wheels/tires and naturely the cars are stripped.

For more infos about the car regulation, I found a document in Italian only.

Just saw the car 2 days ago (the racing one, I mean) and it looks great from outside, but since g/box and negine are almost 100% stock, inside of the car is kind of stock too (no seats, but normal center consle, normal shifter and so on ...). Unofrtunately they didn't let us drive it ... A shame ...

heh, compared to the other cars on the grid, it would be pretty hard for someone driving an RS4 to lose that race..

Amazing to see the RS4 exit a corner lighting up all 4 tires
