Is that one of the Lotus GT1 chassis refreshed for street use? Sure looks like it.

Looks like a pumped up Exige, which was what the Lotus GT1 looked like.....

I am just doubting that Hennessey is onvolved in any "from the ground up" engineering effort. I would more likely suspect an existing platform with some motive power enhancements - and the Lotus GT1 chassis revived seems to make the most sense.

I believe the orginal intent was for the GT1 to incorporate some type of GM small block footprint V8 anyway.

I think that it is based on a exige chassis
