Real Madrid president Perez resigns
http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20060228...n_060228070124
so,Perez was economic genius, real is the most richest club in the world,
but few football results were terrible, for example spanish cup 6:1 defeat and more, just of curiousity, in summer will real spend alot of money on players again, thats for sure

Figo has left the sinking ship that is Real Madrid at the start of this season going to Inter Milan
i never liked Real i think they have too much money, some good talents but never a team
and i have to say that this sort of news makes me happy !
Forza AC Milan !!

Well, they sure have many icons in their team but it hasn't been getting anywhere latelly. Players like Beckham seem to have been more intested in their second career of modeling and nike commercials and not concentrating on the way they play. Real is not the same team as it once was, they have the cash but can't seem to use it effectivelly. When they lose at home to an Arsenal team which has been seriously weakened by injuries, a team which has been struggling all season. Then there is the rather shocking 6:1 loss.
Perez has done a lot of good to the club a few years back, but it's time for him to move on.
