Well, some of these are interesting, others yucky 0- but I never really say foods of different cultures are "disgusting".

In South Africa we (as a european descended caucasian family) often ate ox-tail stew - pretty good. Like turkey/chicken or even ostrich neck - just from the cows ares end

Beef tongue is served as a "cold" meat or even a warm meat with gravy - thinly sliced it has a great subtle soft texture like very rare steak - awesome stuff.

Ostrich meat, on occasion, but not very often as it was quite expensive.

Springbok and other game meats - nothing surprising there.

I never did try mupani worms, but many native/indigenous/peoples of colour enjoy eating them - and it's the novelty food item to eat when on holiday in the boonies

Of course there are also the normal fair of eating almost the whole animal... trip and trotters (pigs guts and feet I think) and others.

The best sausage is stuffed using intestines

I am surprised we don't have any scotsmen owning up to hagis

Its teh best that way and its how people back home who keep a pig or such use.
Too expensive and unrealible for mass production though.

I've had eel. Tastes exactly like fish, because it pretty much is.
