Thanks for the illustration Mr. Gizmo, the side by side compare is especially useful. Everythings sounds good <peeking into wallet> I guess I will go with the multicoated Hoya, see if I can call some ppl and fly it back from HK cheap. 150 sounds a ted expensive for my current finacial condition (stupid boxing day).

Yup, a seagull. It's interesting that they come here, as I live like 60km from the sea. It must be because of the fresh fish that is sold on the market 3 days a week.

I always buy my UV-filters at this eBay-store: http://stores.ebay.com/UR-Galaxy-Ltd-Photo-Electronics Always had a good (and taxfree ) experience, even when buying some larger items.
