Yeah, it's a beauty. They have sharpened the lines a bit and the result is tunning. 8L engine, over 500BHP.
If ya wanna post pics ya can upload them onto a free pic-server, but it would be best if it allowed direct linking. Then just put the url's of the photos in between this: [img][/img]

Like the previous model more, went to Brussels auto salon this year and saw it from upclose, didn't liked it to much.

I think it is great. It is in my top 10 "best looking cars." Might be in third... I did like the concept more though.

Id rather have the Ford cobra if it comes out. I think that will be pretty bad ass, i hope ford prices it right with the viper.

I don't believe that there is no replacement for displacement. In fact, 8.3 liters making 500hp is a little bit sad. Pushrods? There are some pix out there of engine's being lifted out of semi's and dropped into vipers. Too big. But, the car is very fast and has tenacious grip.

You gotta be careful while stepping out of a viper you don't burn your ankles on that exhaust; I heard it can get tricky.

I heard Viper drivers are so tough, when they do burn their legs, they just piss on it to cool it off...

im not a fan of convertible anythings, even the viper. i think that the new viper is an improvement over the last one, especcialy the engine and driveability, but overall i would still rather have a first or second gen viper over the SRT10. compared to a new viper, the older ones look a lot sexier and shapely.

love the new viper... but liking the looks of the old one better.
on a test with the srt-10 on a track surface, stopping distance from 60mph was "record setting" in a direct comparison to prototype ford GT, which had astounding stopping power as well. the viper set up an amazing 97ft. from 60-0, wilst the gt was @ 111ft.
if i had the 85 g's or so for a viper, id wait for the GTS model to come out before to long, since im not a fan of the convertable (any that i like, i like the hardtop better)
worst styling ques of the new viper IMO are the front grill, and rear tail lights

when i see pictures of this car, im impressed but when i saw it in real life i was taken aback. it was a lot bigger than i expected. i have seen several older vipers up close, but this was a larger surprise. good 'ol american excess!! im turned off by the soft top, do i guess i'll wait with nthfinity for the coupe to come out..
