Ehm!

Just a small correction I wouldn't say The Cars are from Disney, yes Disney will be the distributor, but the actual movie is completely (animation, screenplay, production, post-production, wiriting .. you name it) made by Pixar. They had an agreement to make 5 movies for Disney and The Cars is the last one.

Also the Ice Age (1 & 2) has nothing to do with Disney.

If you are actually looking for some Disney made computer animated or cars related movies you should definitely check out Chicken Little, Valiant and Herbie: Fully Loaded .

The graphics look excellent. Not sure about plot.

I probably won't be seeing this one in the theater, but....

It's made by Pixar! Thus, even if the story sucks, it will still be worth watching for its excellent computer generated animation. When it comes to these CG movies, Pixar is way above all the rest and can turn a dull movie into something that it worth watching due to the time, technology, and excellent graphics that Pixar creates.

Ice Age 2 should kick ass as well. Really enjoyed the 1st one.

Well - Disney owns Pixar - so - it's a Disney movie.. Right?

Or more correctly may soon be an APple movie.. -- What with Steve Jobs being the majority individual Disney shareholder after the buyout - and who knows in what creative whays Mr Jobs could screw up not only ixar but Disney as well..

I'm not really sure about the quality of Apple products, but in no way did Jobs screw up Pixar , he owned the company for about 20 years and in that time its value increased from around $10mil to $7.6bil.

Its finally coming out

I saw an exclusive preview of this animation more then a year ago at the special Autoweek convention. it was presented by John Lasseter himself (he was the executive producer for Finding Nemo, Monsters, Inc., and the The Incredibles to name a few)

...and couldn't wait to watch it since that day I'm glad they are finally releasing it.
