I have to press F5 or the refresh button to view the actual contents of the site...if not it will just present the same thing when I was last here...how do I get IE to automatically refresh everytime I enter a site?

in IE go to tools/internet options/general - temporary internet files -settings/
then select 'every visit to the page' in the 'check for newer version of the page options
IE won't refresh automatically?
