Default Help Needed

I am interested in buying these shoes and wondering if they are authentic or not. Any ideas?

HAHA. Well welcome to MotorWorld.
I'm not sure if you thought this place was good for counterfeiting advice, or running shoes in general.

Edit: My bad. I didn't see Alonso written down the side - you were absolutely right in asking here!
...Still, I can't help. But they look pimp!

I figured a forum about motorsports might know a thing or two about racing-inspired shoes.

Also that sort of covering looks quite intricate, and not that simple to replicate. They could be legit..
However the counterfeiting market produces some amazingly accurate knock-off's these days!

looks like ur shopping in ebay maybe? if ya are theres no way to tell if its authentic w/o being able to touch it. all i can suggest is if this is ebay always buy from a reputable seller i.e. check out their feedback comments

all i can say is my brother once bought some 'authentic' Michael Jordan limited ed. shoes and yeah he got screwed. the shoes were fakes and he managed to get his money back, though it was quite a hassle.

Pokiu, i would like to thank you for your effort to selflessly help another person.

I would like to thank all of you guys who have responded to my question.

Also, I would like to point out that puma did make shoes similar to the ones above but not for Fernando Alonso or any other Formula 1 driver or team.

Hi Dante,

They did make some F1 shoes by Team only not driver specific. I want to buy a pair of McLaren ones. But i'm yet to get any info back so hold tight i'll call them again to do a follow up call.

Pok, thanks mate for everything you did.

Now, i am going ahead to buy them.

Since the authenticity of the shoes has been established (thanks to the efforts made by Pok), what do you guys think about the way the shoes look?
