that is a very good one indeed, but needs to be moved to the sticky "american thunder video links"

Yep - accoring to the "import crowd" that car is all wrong.

Only 4 speeds, push rods, V8, carbs, rear drive, can't handle, turn or stop.

If only all cars were as bad handlying and sounding as this....

of course it didn't suffer from open top, the car was designed that way and is a very stiff Tubular chassis, like the Viper SRT-10

He caught that cobra R pretty damn quickly and the cobra R is no slouch. He wasn't even going full tilt, because it looks like he could have gone around some of those corners faster.

Speak of the devil, I was just reading an old Motor Trend Article on the Cobra R and I load up the video and there it was. It got overtaken pretty easy though. That's still my favorite Mustang even though its mostly for the track.
