It's a ZR1 chassis with "better aerodynamics" and horrid styling

when I say horrid... Park next to an Aztek, and you can see where the design language comes from

Hmmmm. The absurdity of "attractive ugliness" in this car reminds me of Zagato's Alfa SZ...
At least Jason Castriota has coherency in his designs. You can tell this was work of the person who designed the Pininfarina P4/5.

It might be fast, but it's really unattractive. I'd rather have a "regular" ZR1. Hell, this makes the GT-R look good!!!

GT-R at least looks aggressive; this thing looks confused.

The design has some really cool ideas in my opinion, but unfortunately fails as a whole package.

That is the ugliest piece of crap I have ever seen - all they are missing is an oversized Aztec to pull it on an open trailer.

the wheel arches and wheels really kill it. No to mention the side profile, how it has that really nice bulbous curve that feeds into a bunch of sharp angles :p

the dodge nitro, the aztec, the avenger... the G37 sedan... now this... oh man

what is unbelievable to me is how much the fanbois are still fawning over this design like its... the second coming.

I definitely think p4/5 was amazing, the 599 is pretty good mostly... but this really shouldn't have left the drawing board. It's not the first Turin design that is over the top, and ugly as sin.... and it obviously won't be the last one either.

The design DNA front to rear changes far too much for anything coherent IMO. The intersecting planes of the rear are met with angled arches; and almost Mazda Furai mixed flame surfacing in the rear... and alittle Alfa SZ mixed in there for good measure. None of it makes sense, sadly. At least it's fast.

Is it just me or the rear end looks like a fish opening its mouth?

Uncanny resemblance to the angler fish.

Wow, you almost got the color right too. Let's sink that car into deep ocean and see if it matches
