Did you get the factory tour while you were there? When I went I remember thinking how small the museum was- the large showroom and factory tour was what made my visit good!

Hey, I just finished ripping some old VHS tapes- one of them had an episode of 'The cars the star', hosted by ex top gear man quentin wilson. Its on the 911, and talks about the cars history, and goes through all the models including the 959.

Its in avi format, 115MB. If anyone is interesting in hosting it for the JW community, then let me know and i'll upload it for you. I figure that its on my computer now, so I may as well offer it up.

I also ripped some clarkson vids ('Clarksons car years', etc) if anyone is interested.

Hi,

I visited the museum on a Sunday, both the factory tour and the showroom were closed.
I would have loved to experienced that to. The museum it self was nice. Nothing out of the ordinary
in terms of how their history is presented. But I saw cars that I've only seen on film/pictures

PS! TT, I'm a lucky sob. The woman on the picture is my wife
(I did not have the Porsche when we met )

HAHA, I guessed so that's why I tried to stay as polite as possible, but indeed lovely, and if she even accept to visit a car related place, well, she must be perfect

Some autumn pics of 996 GT3.

Plus, 2 Autocross videos of black 996 GT3. The sound is loud because the car is
straight pipes.

Thanks for the scans.

I wish there was a magazine written in english that did comprehensive testing like this. I dont see why not, people would buy it for sure. I know I would!
