Very interesting article. It really makes you wonder, how many "supercars" are being built. When it comes down to it, image, heritage and trust is what makes or breaks a supercar...

i dont agree with a lot of it.. the EB110 is great! same is the XJ220 and the GT1 and more.. not Ferraris.. yeah.. but almost just as great! (IMHO)

911 GT1 is not built for beating Ferrari, it's built to beat Mclaren F1 GTR and it had been the king of Le Mans for 3 times in a row -- what a legend
