Honestly, I'm just happy to see one of those things dead.
BTW, they really are terrible. The original Hummers were seriously tough machines, the H2 is a flimsy minivan made for yuppies who want one because other yuppies have one.

watch the BMW Films. A H1 goes head-on with a full-size suburban, and pretty much breaks the suburban in half with little to no visual damage to the hummer. It was pretty amazing how strong that truck actually was! Id like to see H1 vs H2 collision tests. lol

i guess thats for special effects
they muz have wanted the suburban to break into 1/2 ... perhaps pre-cutting it to make it possible

You can see here why the H2 costs only a half of the original H1.
ILM of reliability, long live H1...

"Id like to see H1 vs H2 collision tests. lol"
There would be nothing left to see of the H2. It would just be a pile of sheet metal. Then the H1 driver would get out. Look at his bumper and say: "Damn, I got a scratch."

lol, it was in the Ticker BMW Film. Im pretty sure it was just a stock suburban. Go check out www.wreckedexotics.com if u wanna see some hummers in accidents. Its pretty funny. They usually have some minor body damage and are sitting on top of the opposing vehicle. I think a few of the H1s on that site have broken axles, but thats about as bad as the damage gets to one of those things.
