as the topic name suggests...
and if so, what car was it in... what were the circumstances?
naturally, 99% of all cars can't do this, and requires immence amounts of d/f and suitable speeds to have it work
My story...
Sunday I met up with my friend who happens to own one of the 3 fastest production cars ever made. (Bugatti Veyron, Dauer 962, Vector W8 [anybody who truly knows about the McLaren run knows they had performed many cheats... and haven't provided any official cirtified runs... the Dauer was so aerodynamic, powerful, and actually capable of 241+ at Le Mans... why wouldn't it be capable of 252 mph with less drag/less down force?]
We get in, and have a go.
you would not believe the looks that car commands from EVERY on-looker.
suddenly, we are off like a rocket in a 750ish hp twin turbo pushrod V8....
a series of progressively larger hills comes up, and suddenly, i feel my weight is applied entirely to my shoulder strap.... HOLY CRAP, we didn't go airborn
this car is absolutely glued to the ground!
how fast was that?
a ways into 2nd gear... shiftin into third as we coast about going nearly 5x the suggested speed...
holy crap
I have popped my negative G cherry.
TT, im curious if you have exerpienced it in any of the fine cars you've been in... its very very strange, to say the least
