This is pretty ugly. It's uncool, but it's not all that bad.

The coolness of this car is not helped of the cult status of the TR2-TR6. And then there is the western worlds worst car company, British Leyland.
This car is a little bit uncool, but could be worse.
Buy an older TR instead, they are marvellous.

The only thing that gives the TR7 any credibility is it's rallying expolits, Tony Pond won the Ypres 24 Hours Rally and Manx International Rally in 1978 & 1980 in a V8 engined car, beating the cream of European rallying, perhaps more to do with Pond's skill behind the wheel than the car being such a great car.
