Default Powerful Media Player?

I need a new, powerful media player for big HDTV files and stuff, VLC player is no longer enought. Can someone help?

For Audio, I suggest JRiver Music Center. It has a great interface, better than winamp. It's like a jukebox, and it's quick - http://www.jrmediacenter.com/

For Video I suggest using BSplayer - http://www.bsplayer.org .

(VLC for anything thats hard to play usually though too.)

Jetaudio (COWON media player), very powewrfull, rich of features plays mostly all formats, very good interface

I use the kmplayer and it works very well for me heres some info

try out zoomplayer also, works well for me and 720p/1080i vidz

And never forget to have a copy of Gomplayer at hand.
Its free and plays almost anything you throw at it. Even unfinished downloaded files from popular torrent programs.
If it cannot play something, will automatically try to download the missing codec from its own site.

Windows Media Player Classic plays most of the stuff you can find.
