What a nice Valentine's Day present...

Not a bad overclock.. Are you running it at 4.16ghz 24/7? or just to make the benchmark?

In a month I'll be back into the overclocking game with my 1.8ghz E4300 Core 2.. should be able to get it to run at 3ghz easily with just air cooling.

24/7

Is there any other way to run?

I overclocked to have great FPS in GTL and GTR2

Windows will boot at 4.25ghz... but SuperPI chokes on the math

Well - it wasnt the proc.. it was the board... the proc is now doing duty in a second gaming box

The mobo delaminated and the solder melted on some transistors and shorted out - was like the nigth sky over bagdhad for a couple seconds

Ahh, that must of been exciting I have yet to blow anything up.. tried unlocking an AthlonXP way back and ended up smelling some silicon after trying to boot it up for the first time.

Next time make sure you have a quality motherboard built with all solid transistors.

By the way, did you happen to get my PM about data telemetry systems for sports cars?
