The RX-8 is a fun car that is too overlooked by average car buyers - IMHO.

Well in my country it`s one of the cheapest sport cars. The design is great ,but it needs more power from the engine

Interesting take - I wouldn't consider it a "sports car" - more like a "Honda Civic" for the sports enthusiast.

The car is cheap to purchase, BUT it drinks fuel like a fish

Its because of that extraordinary Wankel (he he) engine that revs like an F1 car (well, not quite).

I admire Mazda for taking the risk with the "4dr coupe" and really think they have kept the sublime handling of the MX-5 but refined it.... and given it more power

The car also looks mean, especially with the five-spoke gun-metal alloys.

The RX-8 is one of those cars that cannot actually be categorised. It looks fab, imo, but there are some lines that look odd from certain angles.

Having said that, it's guaranteed to draw eyes out on stalks on the road, unless of course, you're driving anywhere near a Z4, E60 5 or new 6 Series. (=

Lovely car though, and I like the interior, esp the centre console.

I'd wait for the Mazdaspeed version because rumors say that it not only has body kit, beefed up suspension, lower torque curve, but perhaps even a blower!

all it has is a subtle body kit and suspension/chassis modifications, no gain in power....yet

THe Rx8 is an amazing car,..the engine is one the best, and the most reliable..rotory engines , the renesis one, is one of the most overlooked engines ever, they are dependable, light weight, no they do not produce a lot of power, and they are expensive to fix, but if you have the money, u can make an Rx8 into a super car
