this was unexpected!
hopefully LH can keep his cool and not give away another championship
at the same time, hopefully he has as competitive "ferrari-clone" as last year, so that he can challange for the championship in the first place
not a huge fan of LH, but kind of felt bad for the kid when he beached his car in china ... so close, that must have been really disappointing

I like LH, but i think McLaren needs a lesson in ethics. Why would one of the most competive teams feel that it needs to get a hold of other peoples secret when it does just fine on its own, and has done for some years now.
By the same token, i guess thats why Button turned down Merc/McLaren to run with Honda.

Never. If he did, he is the biggest idiot ever in motorsport. Then again, he's still staying with Honda, so I guess he is!

Meh. Ferrari can do well without the fans' help. I'd rather cheer for the "underdogs". Go... urm Red Bull? The BMW team showed some promise last season. Maybe I'll cheer for them.

*Oh. About the Button thing. I think he means that if Button wanted to move teams, he'd go to McLaren or Ferrari, but he hasn't even tried asking them (since they'll turn him down, no doubt), so he'll stay at Honda, where it's safe.

^ Well. I liked Sauber before BMW swallowed it whole. And I like Heidfeld, Kubica, and Klien. They seem like they'd do well if they got their hands on good cars, but it seems like they're set for a solid 3rd best team finish again, which isn't bad by any measure. I wish them good luck.

And keeping up with the topic, it was a no-brainer for Hamilton to sign with McLaren again. Despite the cheating, McLaren gave Hamilton so much and made him a national hero overnight. Good call. If McLaren can get around this season without cheating again, I can see him being a very apparent thorn at Räikkönen's side.
