"It is not reasonable or fair to expect for Bill Heard Chevrolet ... to be bound by a sale where a clear and material mistake was made, and the customer was aware that it was a mistake."
Yeah, too late to tell the customer that it's a mistake if you tell them after the sale. Losers. This Kieselhorst dude should sue, because he'll win.

^ Because most people do not read the contracts they sign..

And it seems like this guy quickly bought the truck because of the great deal..

either way, couple thousand bucks for a good lawyer should do the trick..

...when she went back to get a typo on the car title fixed, she says the salesman suddenly insisted she couldn't keep the car because the former owner's deal had fallen through.

“I just laughed at them,” Wilson says.

She refused to hand over the keys. That's when, she says, the salesmen surrounded her car while another used a truck to block her in all while her 1-year-old son sat strapped in his car seat.

...She is now suing Bill Heard for false imprisonment.
She'll win. Bill Heard is going down.

A class action would be difficult because there are too many different causes of action and each case can be easily distunguished on the facts. This isn't your simple, "your shithouse microwave spontaneously combusts, burning down all our kitchens, therefore, we're all suing you". Besides, with shitloads of lawsuits coming in, Bill Heard will probably just go "Ah, fuck it", and give them their cars back, with fat cheques included, which is all the folks want.

And a lot of people don't seem to know that you don't have to sign one.
