Don't worry guys, it's only a fake brake light camouflage.
For the final design result of the upcoming Audi R8, simply take a look on the Le Mans quattro concept car.

thank god they kept the original design of le mans concept car, hopefully it will look like the concept in most details and not be watered down by practical/cost saving measures

wow, it really does look awesome! This car is gonna bring Audi in to a whole new segment for them, sports car!
This is goona be so interesting seeing how well it perform against the other sportcars!

I don't believe this will be a better sportscar than the 911 but it will look way better, that's for sure 8) Can't wait to see the final version !!!
Gallardo wheels ?! :shock: I just hope this won't be a redesigned Gallardo 
By the way, BMW built a car to compete with this

Same number of cylinders as the Gallardo...
more horsepower then Gallardo...
most likely lighter then the Gallardo...
will probably be cheaper then Gallardo...
Have they forgot about their higher costing more exclusive brand? (I see a Gallardo SV in the works that is if Audi didn't completely loose their mind. :roll:
