Default Summer Testing Ban

The FIA have offically agreed upon the 'test' ban during the usual summer development period for the purpose of lowering the cost of participating in F-1 and to some degree, slow down the progress of F-1 car development.

But then you have drivers like Coulthard who suggest that these ban's will have almost not damage on a teams car development - its only necessary when there are new parts to be tested. The bottom line is, we can be expecting more teams participating in F1 in the not so distant future in a Le-man like fashion ... i wish

Ferrari is done the all the development for the F2004 so it wont be affecting them.According to ferrari all they will be doing is minor engine tweeks witch does not involve track testing.
