I love how Ferrari under-stats it's cars so often ... 0-62mph in this test is just under 3.5

I'm guessing a lot of those numbers are directly related to the tires, and since they're 'the latest' and don't even have a name yet, I doubt you can buy the car with them yet.

As for Top Gear tests, the fact that they don't are the same day in the same conditions can change the result, I don't imagine that the 599 GTB is really faster than a CGT or an Enzo ...

Isnt this the same magazine that a little under a month ago could hardly crack 10 seconds to 100mph in a 997 Turbo? Those times are ridiculous to say the least. Supercars do 100 mph in the 6's not GT cars.

What supercar runs the SL65's engine?

Based on what Ive read from most magazines, the 599 is hardly a GT car.

I put it up in what I call the 'Super Touring' class alongside cars like the SLR.

You get what I'm saying. I could have said the new RS4 has a supercar engine or the M5 has a supercar engine - doesnt mean the manufacturer has put it in its right home. I should have said an SL55 (vague resemblence to the SLR engine) but I wanted to prove a point, the SL65 has a monsterous of an engine just like the 599. I just cant believe that a magazine that find a 997 Turbo to be shitloads slower than the factory claims (even slower than a 997S) can find a 599 to be so much quicker. I know which would be easier to launch.
