For crying out loud, just look up the definition of the word. While it usually applies to court scenarios, it has apporpriate meaning for other cases, like how RC used it.

In short, just because someone says so, doesn't mean that it is. So, one should back up their claims with actual evidence. I hope that clears things up. I'm not trying to point fingers at anyone. I'm only trying to clarify.
