Default S2000 ### more pics and short vid added on 1st page ###

Had the car two days and modding already...

I just love it when you turn the key and it does this...

The arse end and custom shot

New shoes!

It's a 2002, 1 owner, full Honda maintenance history

This morning I have washed her, changed the oil and filter, changed the MT fluid and diff fluid and I have a K&N on it's way. I will keep her stock other than that, unless I win the lottery in which case a comptech supercharger will get added!!!

My recently-added signature picture should now make a bit more sense.

The Saab is gone, sold privately last Sunday. 8)

Congrats dude, that's a sweet ride for sure, and always loved it when it comes in the less flashy colors :good:

BTW, just added to the stable? I mean, is the Saab still there?

edit - ok LOL, I just noticed the last line, the Saab is gone

Thanks TT! 8)

No I sold the Saab, I'd have loved to have kept both cars but there you go.

Thanks man!

350Z and WRX STi were on my shortlist also, but good examples were just over my budget.

I wanted a convertible, so it ended up being between the MR2 Spyder (no luggage space at all), the Miata MX5 (great car but my wife said it was a bit girly!) and the Audi TT roadster (I wanted RWD though).

I also considered the Boxster S and the (S54) M Roadster but again they cost more than I wanted to spend...

Congratulations!!! Great car. . . I was in the market for one about 1/2 year ago, and came very very close to buying one. My only compliant, the lack of torque for daily driving.

But man, if you drove it like you stole it, it is a BLAST!!!

I definitely like this model more than the newer "detuned" ones .

Congratulations again, post more pics!!!

The biggest problem I had w/ the M Roadster was the lack of rear glass window. That was a must have. As far as the Boxster S, it a premium and personally I was afraid of the maintenance. Also, you'll always have to explain why you did not get a real Porsche .

Awesome car T/A. I love the choice of paint - shows the lines of the car very well.

I drove an S2K about 4 years back and thought it had the second best gearbox I've ever experienced (the best was an NSX). Snick snick heaven. Funnily enough in my short drive I didnt really notice the lack of torque. Sure it didnt have the low down pull of my S4 but I thought it was great. It does get a bit loud though at highish cruising speeds.

Enjoy it...

I have been spoiled by the Saab turbo (mucho torque) in that respect!

I am getting used to it though, and it really isn't that bad, I mean it is a light car and quite low geared really, it is happy from 2700rpm upwards and pulls ok.

Thanks everyone for your kind words!

Goodduck, what do you mean when you say you were waiting for this topic? Did my new sig give it away?
