How are corvettes over rated? the z06 owns cars costing twice as much, in straight line and on the track. Back up your claims if your gonna say something like that. People compare the corvette to other cars, because its been a benchmark for perfomance for 50 years. Name one ferrari, or lambo that has done this. about the Lexus, its not that great, its overpriced as well, its like 50 grand for nothing. Id rather have the BMW anyday.

I think Ferraris are overpriced. The Porsche GT2 can kill every Ferrari (except Enzo). Also the are so delicate you can't run them hard or they might burst in to flames.

Yes the interior is a little iffy but that V8 engine and that sound makes up for it
also the 20" rims

The VW New Beetle is overpriced, but hardly overrated. I have never heard anyone boasting about the damn thing. Anyway, it's way too expensive for "a Golf in a Hitler suit", as JC put it.
All of Mercedes-Benz's cars are overpriced as well. The build quality of recent years doesn't justify their prices. Mercs these days aren't built to last as long as they used to. They also lack in driver involvement and all things considered they shouldn't cost as much as a BMW.
Skylines and Supra's are overrated in the sense that they can compete with exotics in all aspects. Sure, they can be modded into incredibly fast and capable cars that can sometimes take on Ferrari's, Porsches and Lamborghini's, but they lack in character and style too much to be in the same league. To be a true exotic takes more than hp and dynamics. The emotional and aesthetic element needs to be there. Don't get me wrong, they're still highly desirable cars, but not as desirable to be called an exotic supercar.

The New Beetle 2.0 is about 5,000 euro's dearer than a Golf with the same engine. For that extra money you get less space and you will only look like a total twat while driving it. Not great value IMO.

I love BMWs, but the new E60 525 loaded up is over $54,000.00 US - way over priced for a 184hp sedan. On the other hand a M3 coupe for the same money is a bargain.
