LOL let the drifts begin! Looks pretty good for its age actually I wanna se those wheels on that car! What size are those? 15"? Are you sure they are from BMW? never seen them on BMW I'd buy them if I would see them.

The guy from czech who have couple of Samaras and in general is a Samara freek tryed those on his car, just to see how the fit looks excelent imo and they are same as you have

my father had a Moskvich 2140 in the 1980s. It was quite ok for the time being. Nobody knew that there are other cars in the world (ok actually due to my geographic location, we were the "lucky people" who managed to watch finnish broadcasts and therefore saw in the movies foreign cars). Top speed was also once tried.. 140 kmh.. i was so young i do not remember exactly, was it scary or not. But what i do remember is that once in winter when the brakes dd not work and the steering was also crappy.. you know.. you turn your wheel for almost half round and still the front wheels do not move.. So.. i almost shit my pants if the speed went above 60 kmh.. But we managed to drive the whole distance of 120 km from our countryhouse to the town..

Nowadays he is driving honda accord.. 2,2is vtec

Congratulations on your first car! I'm very curious what it's going to look like when you've finished. Good luck!

I loved the video LotusGT1 posted. They sure know how to have fun with those!

I see you added some new pics Are you planing to change the engine?
Btw I was thinking of inplanting "better" engine in Samara cause used engines are dirt cheap, do you know which engines fit in Samara? Or someone have done somethnig like that? I thought 1.4turbo from Uno, bigger engines will be too heavy but 1.4 will be good imo. What do you think?
