A supercar from Casablanca, Morocco
So here it is, after two different body types. The Laraki Fulgura from Morocco.
The first concept was revealed in 2002 and had 750hp.
first one
The second one looked only slightly different, except for the rear...
Then ...
The production model (or so it seems) debuted at the 2004 Salon International de l'Auto de Genève.
It seems that Laraki completely scrapped the concept's looks for an entirely new one, which looks much much better. There will be two models offered
V8 supercharged
-570hp
-0-100km/h in 3.7s
-est. top speed 330km/h
-1160kg
and
V12 twin turbo
-660hp
-0-100km/h in 3.4s
-est. top speed 350km/h
-1210kg
Both will have Brembo breaking system and oh-so hated sequential gearbox, 6-speed. Since Fulgura is based on Diablo...it shouldn't be bad...
Also since it is based on the early Diablo, i assume it's rear wheel drive
pictures could be found here at the official website
http://www.laraki-automobiles.com
...since i already hate the Murcielago and Gallardo... I think the Fulgura is wayyyy more attractive...
Third time is the charm?...practiice makes perfect?

Hmmmm .... 360 modena inspiration is clear in both 2 first concepts , the 2nd read end is gorgeous . The last concept looks good ... but the front is too like "good" ... they need something more menacing

Obviously... it's not that strange for a manufacturer new to the scene... it's common, but luckily every now and then there is somebody that brake the rule as Koenigsegg did... it's not Laraki's case IMO

The last version in better, but not beautiful at all...they might pay a stylist for doing the bobywork ex-nove...this is horrible! It's like the cars I used to "engineer" when I was 8 years old...

IMO it looks good. But unless it goes into production and someone tests it, we will never know what it can do. I would like to see how that v12 biturbo does. And yg60m, the zonda has an MB engine in it and it is manual.

dude...are you on crack!...how can this be better looking than the Murci or Gallardo...this car is ugly...all Laraki does is ripoff ferraris design...if you look at the front it's clearly a 360...and their latest model is a 456 ripoff too...it may be fast and all, but this is crap
