Juststart off by doing crimes like robbing a hot dog stand ('crimes' menu). You'll keep goiing to jail at first but with a little patience you'll see the results.

I made my first kill!

The guy stole near 10k from me, which i would usually just deal with, but he was being a proper cock end about it, and giving it all the talk, so i hired a detective in every city for 2 hours, they found him - i went to Chicago, and killed the bastard!!!. I still only gained 0.1 kill percent - just like the bottle, but my rank progress went up quite a bit and i got what he had in his pockets
