well....the block in the current 500 can likely take more boost; being cast iron. However, the internals in the 500 are likely good for about 800-900 SAE.... +-....
I had dinner with somebody VERY high up tonight... learned a lot, was sitting inside the GT500 successor.... talk of Ford taking over the moniker of "Domestic sports car" sooner than later.... with talk of GM eradicating GM Performance devision; and a semi-forced retirement of Heinreicy... will there be no Z28 now (top level model anyway; I can't keep up with the name changes)
I wish there was some good news here. And there is; but it will have to wait a little while.
