Some spare body work, an extra chassis and more money that God might drive you to do the same thing

Funnily enough, I have a manga comic where the author took the liberties of having the characters, at one point, drive a convertible Enzo :p
It was pretty funny.

That's not a real one, it's based on a Lola chassis (it belongs to Jean Blaton, a belgian collector)

Darkel is right. This car was constructed using an F40 engine and F40 body panels. The chassis is specially made.
This is what a quick search on Fchat turned up:
the chopped F40 mentioned isn't an actual F 40. It was developed in 1993 using a F40 as a base. A bi-turbo V8 of 2.936cc producing 650 hp @ 7500 rpm sits in the back. A total weight of 960 kg. Specially made on order of Mr Blaton by an Italian-Swiss team, under supervision of Argentinian Mario Navarete and former technicians from the Coloni F1 team. Using a Hewland 5 speed box and a V8 biturbo engine relates it to a F 40. The engine is attached to the cage for overall stiffness. Suspension uses F1 technology.
