Default My Car ( 6 Times World Rally Champion 87 to 92 )

Hi all,

Here are the specs :

*4 Cyl 2.0L 16v Turbo (garett T3)
*Permanent 4WD
*210HP at 5750rpm
*320Nm at 2500rpm

*0-60 : 5.7s
*1/4 Mile : Low 14s
*1000m : 26.1s

Note that the firgures are based on stock performances, the Lancia Delta Evo can be tuned up to 600hp, but most of the people just add optimized ECU and modify a few theire Turbo.
For Less than 1000US$ Extra the car is under 5.0s at 0-60 and you get around 260hp and 380Nm

Some Pictures of mine :

Ciao

Oh man, that's NICE!!! I love Delta Evos. Great car.

Welcome to JW!

(At risk of sounding like many people before) How reliable is it? I haven't heard personal experiences about them before, that's why I ask.

Thanks to all for welcoming me

For Stradale : Concerning reliability, it is true that the Delta series suffer from a bad reliability reputation especially the deltas before 1990 (8V and Integrale 16V).

The EVO series (starting 1991) like mine are a lot more reliable.

My point of view about reliability is simple, if you maintain the car properly like a gentleman would, you will not get that much problems (no more than todays cars with their electronics bugs)...

For TT : Yes I am French but half Italian

Bye

Very nice! I like Deltas, too bad I cant get one here without paying an arm and a leg.

Very nice condition and I love the color. How long have you had it?

Is that $1000 US dollars or Francs or what?

DeltaEvoI,

congratulations, that's a very, very nice car indeed
Much nicer that all those Beemers and Ricers
Just to satisfy my own curiousity:

Thanks,

I have it since 6 months now.

It was 1000 US$ for the performance upgrade only

the car itself (for a good one) costs around 15000$ here in europe

* it was for the last six months but now I've got a cheaper daily car , because Deltas like gas, 57Liters of gas for around 300 Kms oouchhh and when you know that here in france gas costs 1.4US$/liter

> What's on average the mileage you cover with this Italian beauty annualy

*I've already made 10.000Kms, but now that I have small city car as well I think 10.000kms will be my average per year.
Answers are under your questions
Bye

ya, does anyone have an idea about the costs to import a car like this? I play with this car all the time in sega rally, it's one of my favorites.
