Default I must come clean, I am no longer who I appear to be...

The time has come to clear up something... for fear of being labelled a bullshitter...

I no longer own RC45 #20....

She is now part of a collection in California - alongside a couple other RC45's and RC30's....

I got an offer I couldn't refuse... wasn't an easy choice - but it's done.

Thanks for listening.

But there will be no name change in store for me...

Very sad - but the sadness was partially cured by cashing the cheque and rolling around in the money..

Sorry to hear that RC as im sure the bike meant a good deal to you as youve chosen its name for yourself. Ive been toying with the notion of selling my Nova for something else the past couple of weeks but if I did, I dont think I would want to change my name either.

Well - it's gone into a private collection - and as mine was one of only about 10 bikes of the 50 with real road miles (it had 6,000 when I sold it) - it is thankfully going to be used as one of the owners "riders" and not just parked and ogled at.

He has 4 other 45's for that purpose..

Well...I am sure your ambivalence will soon turn to memories of joy complemented by feelings of joy with whatever follows suit. Congratulations and minor condolences.
