just a quick post to lay down some guidelines:

Newbies: welcome to the site, we hope you enjoy it and are happy to meet you .
Please take a minute to read the forum rules, thanks.

Regulars: please be nice to the newbies, everyone has to start somewhere
(anyone who is seen to be putting off new members will get an infraction or worse)
