Default Hello Jabba, AllanLambo Here

How have you been? Long time since we spoke on Racingflix. Since we last spoke, i took your advice, well no, not really, my wife made me , and got rid of the 348 and got a 1997 355 Spider, yellow/black. She loves it, im not so impressed. I had custom headers, exhaust, cat bypass pipes and air boxes made, which improved the performance somewhat. There are still many things i prefered about the 348, mainly the steering feel. I just dont feel the 355 is worth double what the 348 is.

Anyways, hows your Lambo, mine is stiill going strong. No problems at all! Even after all the nitrous, she purrs like a kitten.

Im waiting to purchase a Murcielago, and last week drove a Gallardo, which is a very nice car indeed, but im currently on a kick to buy a used 2001 996TT, put a Techart body kit, and Evo stage 4 kit, which gives the car Enzo peformance.

Whats new with you? Anymore car videos? My car is featured in a new video at www.beyondthequarter.com .

Hope all is well. Happy Holidays.
Allan

Hi Allan

It must have been about a year ago since I saw you on RF. I think your SV is still one of... if not the best featured ride on RF.

Everything is running sweet here...I needed a new shock for the Roadster earlier in the year (they are known for leaking badly as I am sure you know) and a full re-spray on the 355.

Not sure what my next car is going to be yet...anyway...hope you enjoy having a good look around JW.

Regards

Jabba

No screw F-50, you know the Ford GT calls you name at night, you know it sits in your house calling you, saying..."Jabba....big daddy....you know you want this fine piece of ass.....come drive me.....come on big daddy." Actually jabba, you should get a 575 Maranello for me, so when i come to england i can touch it.

you might have that dream pretty soon considering the Porsche Cayenne.

Because Lamborghini never made one. I guess you're referring to the LM002, but if you look into it you'll see the LM002 isn't an SUV. It's purpose was never to be driven on the road. That's why most of them were sold to rich Arabs who crossed deserts in them at 160 km/h. BTW, LM stands for Lamborghini Militaria. Originally the plan was to sell them to countries as military vehicles. When it became clear no one wanted it, they decided to fit it with a luxurious interior and sell it off as an expensive off-roader.

I think I can quite safely say that Jabba would not buy a Ford GT under any cirumstances! It will have to come from Italy!

You guys keep hating on the GT, but every single damn review it smokes all the Italian prancing horses, and a few bulls.

Ahhhh. Which ones does it smoke? The 360???Please the 360 is over 4years old. I want to see it go against the 575M, but why did it not happen yet? Well, you come up with the answer. Or maybe it smokes the Enzo also ah?

I'm not a fan of either the original GT40 or the new version, but I respect them both for what they are. The same goes with Ferraris.

Oh: Hi Allan. Good to see you here too.

The Ford GT is a pretty impressive car........ but it should be. It has more HP than an F40 and almost as much as an F50 with a lot more torque.

I'm not saying that is all there is to a car, but comparing it to a 4 year old midrange Ferrari or even the newer Stradale seems a little off. The Ford GT is in Saleen S7 territory performance wise, not really a competitor for a mid range porsche or Ferrari.
