Default Track Day Spa-Francorchamps 27-05-04

Like the topic title says, here are some pictures of a track day @Spa the 27th of May, just before the Spa Ferrari and Maserati Days. They were preparing everything for the weekend and some beauties were already there. Click on the pictures for the high-res verions.

If I can find some web space (mine is overloaded ), I will upload some vids as well.

Some spare Ferrari parts anyone?

Ferrari 625 F1 (1955)

Ferrari 250 Le mans (1965)

Ferrari 250 GT

Of course there were some other cool toys:

MTM RS4

With a V8 engine:

Racing Exige (what a sound!)

Blue striping, quite rare (here were 'loads' of GT3 RS's with red striping ):

BMW M3 GTR V8. This car had so much grunt, it caused a little earthquake every time it passed by (the concrete structure I was standing on, was shaking):

On the way home:

Like thamar already said, Spa-Francorchamps. Quite a famous track

And it has this nice uphill blind S-curve, called Eau Rouge:

And here is a video of it.

U cant comprehend the steepness of eau rouge unless youve been to spa, vids and pics dont do it justice, it is unbelievable!! I couldnt cycle up it it was so steep. Spa is indeed one of my favourite tracks, ive cycled round the actual track and its superb.
Nice pics
