Default 5th/Top Gear quiz

Here's a new quiz. I enjoyed the last one so I made one mysef. Plz answer like this: Car reviewer - feature. For instance: Tiff - BMW M3.

1. Italians, don't you just love them

2. this is a black art

3. you feel more connected, more in charge, less of a passenger

4. the purest, most sensational RWD handling I've encountered in a long time

5. it may not have the looks or the pedigree of an Aston Martin or Ferrari but then again it never had the price tag either. But it certainly had the pace

6. it certainly feels really powerfull and these slightly bigger wheels are putting it onto the road well

7. we see Tiff performing automotive ballet in some exotic piece of metal

8. I certainly wasn't expected to be entertained

9. it's all in the transmission

10. if they made it a proper four seater...

I've tried to make it a bit harder. Curious how many people will know.

Good luck!

Nope sorry TT, that's not the solution.

Maybe I've overdone it a bit ops: but I'll just wait and see what the rest makes of it (AlienDB7 should be quite good at this).

Wow.. this is hard! I sort of have an idea of who said it.. but which feature, that's hard! You even got quotes from the intro section! Tricky

1. Vick - Ducati

2. Tom Ford - show car thing?

3.

4. Tiff - Porsche 911?

5. Adrian - Hyundai Coupe

6. Jeremy - DB7 GT vs. XKR-R

7. Quinten - intro of a "best of", the best sports car one?

8.

9.

10. Jeremy - VX220 Turbo

Will answer the rest later, don't have time to watch the vids til tomorrow...

Ok, shit I've really made it WAY too hard. Only crochico knew half an answer
I made it so hard because I thought the first quiz was too easy.

So I will help you folks out and make the parts I've picked out longer.

1. ... and then as a piece the resistance the said: let's turbocharge it. Not with one turbo, or two or even three, no this has four turbocharges. Italians, don't you just love them

2. this isn't chauffering, this is a black art

3. With four wheel drive it's more surefooted through the corners too, especially when it's raining. So you feel more connected, more in charge, less of a passenger.

4. It has got this fantastic driving position, one of the snappyest gearchanges I've ever come across. It has even got a fantasically gripping stearing wheel, to say nothing of the handling: the purest, most sensational RWD handling I've encountered in a long time.

5.it may not have the looks or the pedigree of an Aston Martin or Ferrari but then again it never had the price tag either. But it certainly had the pace
...
Whenever it whent racing it crushed the opposition. In fact, in the Australian touring car championship, they changed the rules so the car could be outlowed.

6. Well you can certainly really feel the extra power on this car, it has about 30% more then the standard ******* wich takes it up to *** brake horse power.
...
it certainly feels really powerfull and these slightly bigger wheels are putting it onto the road well
...
There's no mistaken this handling, this is ******. Very direct steering, no power assistance offcourse

7. Every week we see Tiff performing automotive ballet in some exotic piece of metal. Isn't it fantastic the way he and racing drivers like him
can take a car to its limits. But what about the people who have to find those limits in the first place.

8. I wan't expecting any more as that and I certainly wasn't expected to be entertained. This whole car is full of feel. It's a simple thing, it has got small tires, the engine needs to be trashed if you want anything out of it.

9. He knows about performance, he knows about power. And he know all about speed. So if you're not quick enough first time, there's still a chance to pick up.
...
it's all in the transmission

10. Look, if you want four seats buy a mondeo. If they made it a proper four seater, it wouldn't look so good, it wouldn't go quite so quickly.

Just a quick reply Zippo....I knew the answer to question one without the extra clue...its when clarkson is reviewing the Bugatti EB110 and describing how the meeting would have gone at Bugatti.... when deciding how many turbo chargers the car was to have...

I havent had a chance to study the rest of the quiz...as I have been so behind due to some damn computer problems...

2. this isn't chauffering, this is a black art
Quinten - Bentley driving school

3. With four wheel drive it's more surefooted through the corners too, especially when it's raining. So you feel more connected, more in charge, less of a passenger.

Jeremy - Koenigseggggggggggg CC

5.it may not have the looks or the pedigree of an Aston Martin or Ferrari but then again it never had the price tag either. But it certainly had the pace

OK, so these are the bits of answers I think I figured out:

4. Tiff -
5. Quinten - some Japanese car
6. - Lotus Elise 111s
7. Vicky -
8. That kid from Top Gear (I keep forgetting his name) -
9. That kid from Top Gear (I keep forgetting his name) again-
10. Jeremy – Renault Clio

I just burned all of my TG/5thG clips on cd’s and erased them from my HD so I couldn’t check right away, damn…

It sure is hard, but it's great to read these quotes. They're brilliant.

With "That kid from Top Gear" you probably mean Richard Hammond, the youngest of the three. Yes, 8 OR 9 was Richard Hammond, but just one of the two.

I'm gonna start giving tips.

This is what we allready know and what needs to be filled in
1. JC - Bugatti EB110
2. Quentin Wilson - Bentley Driving school
3. JC - Audi A8
4. ? - ?
5. ? - Skyline
6. ? - ?
7. ? - ?
8. ? - ?
9. Richard Hammond -
10. ? - ?

This are some tips about the remaining few:
4. a roadster
6. a classic
7. a feature about a guy not a car
8. Top Gear, this season
9. common, I've typed 95% of the words that appear in this video
10. Not the clio, but starts with the same ...

4. Japanese roadster
6. british classic
7. A feature about a test driver called ...
8. Top Gear, this season not with JC
9. Richard Hammond, very short video clip, ripped by jabba
