In Poland going to Slocakia or the Czech Rep. is the best option. Also Andora has no taxes, that's a good place

I don't smoke, and I only drink about 2-3 times a month, I think 
To get cheap alcohol, we go to Sweden.. And if we first are in a country with cheap alcohol-prices, we're drunk all the time

I stay here because its one of the few states that it is legal to sell Everclear. Its 180 proof alcohol.

MY COUNTRY there is no tax there on anything. If you want something you buy it and before paying you say "what bout with no tax?" and they give you a discount!
Cigarrs over in the U.S. cost 4$ a box or so, in my country its 1.2$ at the most (1$ or less for cheap ones)
And as for alcohol.... you can find a personal small bottle of "wisky" for 1$ (Not adviseable to dringk)

In Canada you have to be 19. But I have friends that are 19 and over. Plus if I really want to drink I can tell my mom to buy it for me.

The only ones that smoke at my house, are the cars at the garage, and Its very rare for me to drink alcohol.
