I finally picked up the E30 I reserved last time (Autoart, Millenium edition, 1:18)... and WOW, the Miura in the Millenium collection is already top notch, but this one manages to do even better!

I never saw a scale model with its steering wheel actually doing some 3 turns lock to lock.. maybe not 3, closer to two, but well, a lot of degrees!!!!!! Like the Miura it hasn't "sticky" tires bt they are "softer", like if really inflated and they deform a tiny little bit when you put the car down or press on it!

Details is astonishing of course, the only thing I noticed about cars with some sort of cloth/fabric inside like the Millenium Autoart is that it generate dust INSIDE the car and it's VERY hard, read impossible, to remove it proprely

Anyway, here are the (a bit crappy since I need to play GTA LOL) pics

And here is the Evo beside the regular E30 M3 by Minichamps. The Autoart one is WAY better in terms of quality

nice one, do they make that one in steelgray ?
i once saw an alpine white one with imola red interior on ebay  about €400 i think, specially made for a bmw club from japan i think

i see you also got the 1/18 AA GT3RS ( blue striping ), i've got both
BUT i'm not that happy with them, there is something wrong with the front bumper and sideskirts --> front bumper is to low or sideskirts are to high
we sent an e-mail to AA and they admitted the fault and said they would correct it when making the normal mk2GT3 but they won't change it on the RS :x

Nice M3, TT! I've got a 1/43 Minichamps E36 M3 in red and after seeing your pictures I think I need to complete it with a red E30 and E46...

Well, I started with a 996 GT3 RS (1:43).. I then got a 996 GT2, 996 GT3, 930 cabrio, CGT and GT3 RS in 1:18... it's already pretty bad $

Danny, whenever you find an AA E30, jump on it!
