Ditch spybot, not being updated anymore, or at least I don't think so, and for me only found the 2 same things over and over so I decided it wasn't to good any more, instead of spybot, use ad-aware.

try running msconfig and set up the startup to run only programs needed for the OS to run properly...you'll have a much faster loading OS.

if that doesnt help, I have some progs that might. TuneUp Utillities is great for scanning registry and computer and fixing errors... It is also good to tune up your computer. You can disable the "view contest of folder while dragging" "minimization animation" and tons of other things that will get ur comp running faster.

I suppose you do have Spybot S & D right?

The new Spybot program may show a DSO exploit on most computers. It's a little glitch that the Spybot programmer knows about and is currently working out the bug. They say just ignore it.
