I do not speak German, i however have the verdict translated by the member of supercars.net who orignally scanned it (Ajzhan)

"... and draw the following verdict:

The Z06 is the better buy not that is 25,000 EUR less than the Viper. Also it is the better performer, the Z06 engine ia a real supercar engine delivering up to 7,000 rpm. Even though the Viper offers more toorque at low revs, the Z06 always is fatser than the Viper, from 0-60 mph, form 0-100 mph, from 0-160 mph and also at the Hockenheim short track. It has the better brakes and is better to handle, the Viper is more brute but misses some driving aids like the Z06 which is easier to control. The Z06 is an interesting alternative to European sports cars whch are much more expensive but still offer a bit more then the Vette. "

An interesting conclusion:
"The Z06 is an interesting alternative to European sports cars whch are much more expensive but still offer a bit more then the Vette."
