Default Top Gear - S14 EP3 - 29th November, 2009 - Discussion

Jeremy and Richard settle the thorny issue of which company has, above all others, made the greatest number of truly brilliant cars. James has a novel solution for getting caravans to campsites without clogging up the roads, and Jeremy hits the track in a remarkable replica of a legendary rally car. Plus Radio 2's Breakfast Show DJ-elect and all round petrolhead Chris Evans is the star in the reasonably priced car.

I think top gear director is secretly a caravan fetish.

Last week's ep wasn't very good, but luckily, they come back full throttle this one. Don't wanna spoil it for everyone, so watch and enjoy.

Actually, apart from the film about the best car maker in the world, it's not that good.

I am a big fan of the 2 Lancia cars they reviewed, so I guess I am alittle biased.
That replica is bloody good looking.....

It's a longer read, but well worth it.

It's Top Gear. They offend even the big manufacturers. Sadly, they'd be very willing to stomp on a little man with a replica.

This season, I'm starting to get tired of how scripted Top Gear has become. A few seasons back, say, Season 10, the things that happened appeared real... at least somewhat unpredictable, i.e. they didn't know the outcomes beforehand. This time, they seem to have scripted even the power lap.

(I don't believe the driver wouldn't be able to get at least one proper lap out of the car - they obviously wanted a spin.)
