Looks pants in my opinion. The Gallardo is a lovely shape and anything added on just makes it look heavy.

I'd take the hamann metal cats and the quad exhaust but body mods? No thanks.

Oh man, I saw this thing at the LA auto show last year ( I think) It was my first Gallardo, and I was floored. (By that and by the sheer size of the RR phantom.)

Mercedes tuner Brabus has recently proved that there is no car exclusive enough to remain untouched by the German tuning industry. Hamann Motorsport now gives prove of that fact by presenting a complete tuning programme for the Lamborghini Gallardo.

Apart from wheels and aerodynamics parts for the Italian bull, also more performance can be ordered at the tuner. Thanks to sport catalytic converters and two double-pipe sport mufflers, the power increases by roughly 5%, exactly: from 500 to 528bhp.

The Gallardo engine has surly potential for even more power but the gain is a considerably good for a sports exhaust system-generated performance plus.

A torque of 560 instead of 510Nm underlines that the Swabian engineers have done a great job. No surprise, Hamann-Motorsport specialises in pepping up high-performance cars the likes of BMW Z8, Ferrari 360 and Porsche 911.

Thus, they are well informed about what sports cars' owners wish. An aerodynamics package is amongst the desired things for sure. For the little Lambo, Hamann offers a comprehensive range consisting of front spoiler, airscoops, side skirts, side air intake screens, three-part rear wing and rear diffuser.

Even more important, nice wheels. Regarding this, shiny multi-piece wheels named 'Anniversary' lay on store to do their revolving task on the Italian-German sports car one day.

The detailed dimensions of the round things are specified as follows: 9 x 19inch wheels with 235/35 Z R19 tires at the front and 12 x 19 inch wheels with 295/30 Z R19 tires at the rear.

Extending its range by tuning for Lamborghini cars, Hamann not only launches a new, very exclusive business but also gains experiences with technology made by Audi. Wouldn't come as a surprise if forthcoming vehicles with the V10 motor from Ingolstadt, such as the next RS6 or the first road-going sports car from Audi, the Le Mans, will soon be refined by the tuner from Laupheim as well.

What ever may come, the current range of Hamann Motorsport can be seen at: www.hamann-motorsport.de

i agree too, i really dont get people who modify this cars... they try to make a nice car better or stupidly unique and they make it ugly
