“I feel a lot of pain here,” Nadal said as he pressed the top of his arm. “The pain began in the final games of the first set and got more and more. It was stupid to continue playing because I can’t serve. If I lift my arm I feel pain, and the physio said that if I continue it could go worse.”
Nadal will travel to Spain and consult his personal physician. It is unclear whether the injury will keep Nadal from playing at Wimbledon, which begins June 26."
