Tis VERY addicitive. Best online game out at the moment I'd say. 64 player multiplayer carnage in tanks, choppers, planes and on foot is just great
Special forces is worth the buy at a tenner.Get night maps and zip lines etc which is quite fun Euro forces maps are pretty good and thats only a fiver

Ok, I bought the game and it is good! However, how hard is it to kill people in single player mode?? I seriously empty a mag into someone's head and they still don't die!!

dont play single player (and shoots to the head are better )
@DeMoN - I agree i think EA are the biggest expansions whores ub the world!

I have it, I dont have much hours under my belt though.If you guys ever plan a visting server together as a JW squad or something then Id tag along.

Much different from Call of Duty 2 where the shock from gun fire noise will kill you. :p
BF 1942 was a great game. After that I think they kind of lost their way. Each successful installment was less visceral. Gun fire sound effects, explosions, and air combat are all much less intense in the later games. The only upside (IMO) is the graphics. I thought I was the only one that noticed this, but in a COD2 review one of the authors pointed it out.
COD2 is a lot of fun and a lot more intense, but one dimensional compared to the BF games. Hopefully someone comes out with a game that combines the best elements of both.
